My Story

SANSKAR YOGA KENDRA

I completed Diploma Yoga in August 2011 at Yog Vidya Niketan. After that I also completed one year Diploma in Yoga Therapy and Naturopathy in same institute. After completion of both diploma started taking Yoga private tution and Offline Yoga Classes under banner of Sanskar Yoga Kendra. My mission is to live people Healthy life with the simple yogic practice. My target is that reach Yoga in every Family. So people understand the importance of Yoga Practice.

My target is that to give one lakh people Healty life through daily Yoga Practice. For better Healthy life everyone must think about Yoga as a routine of their life.
